expect user to be passing comments.
Could you capture a log from the applet for a link which doesn't play
so I can pass to the BBC?

Interestingly I get 403 when fetching that playlists, what happens if
you fetch the program without the specific type, it may be that they
are phasing out that version of the stream:

Have you tried installing the BBC Radio app from the 3rd party apps
list and then using the menu this gives. This may work as it uses an
alternative way of finding the stream to play.

Looks like the BBC started to use a new asx playlist format for wma
local radio - this should be fixed in 1.11. Please update and check it
works for you.

Only because iPlayer was rewritten more recently to do this. The
applet is more restrictive and was written to enable wma mode as
default for radio as it has less resources (AAC originally caused radio
to crash in some cases...)

You probably disabled the Extension Downloader plugin which is what
creates the more complex plugin page. If this happens again just
enable it.

This is a known problem with firmware 7.5.1 r9218 - it should be fixed
in the next firmware update for Radio.
In the mean time, you may want to use wma streams for BBCiPlayer with
radio.
