It helps to cycle of your battery from fully charged to fully discharged. After fully discharged let the radio sit for an hour before recharging. Doing this a number of times may help bring your battery back to its original state. Also remember NiCad batteries need to be used on a regular basis.

I got a NOS battery pack about a year ago and it'll easily do 6 hours. Use low-cpu codecs, lower volume and wired Ethernet instead of WiFi and you might eke a bit longer out of it.. drmatt's Profile:

As already mentioned, 6 hours is the official Logitech estimate. My experience, when I have had it on long enough at one stretch to run the battery down to the warning level, is that it has run 9-10 hours. That is not at full blast but loud enough so I could hear it across the room and I am not
