Thanks - I hadn't heard of that bug before!

It does seem top have cured it so far though.
Seems you are using channel 9 (which is fine if it works). Channels 1,
6, 11 are the best channels to use if possible as they don't overlap
with nearby channels. All other channels
Hello,
I think I have found two settings that make things work.
So to recap, I do have other wifi devices that do NOT exhibit this
behavior, (Tivo, Wireless scale, squeezebox touch, etc all retain
network connection over time and do not need to be power cycled to
work)
Router is: ASUS RT-AC66U,

Strangely, I have experienced exactly the same a few times this week and
it's not happened before. My Radio is on a fixed IP and only a full
reboot seems to resolve it.

I have hit the off button) over night, or during the day while we are
not home, they will drop off and not be visible in the iPeng or logitech

Just wait a while after you pressed on and don't touch anything , after
a while it will come back .
Which off short off its really just a screensaver , holding off a bit
longer really powers it off and then it will ofcourse drop off the
network and can't be turned on remotely . If its only in
Okay, both radios do have a battery, but they they are plugged into the
wall for power.
When I say standby, I mean they have the clock, not that they are
completely dark.
And no, no matter how long I wait they do not regain wifi, they must be
turned off and on.
Is this an ip conflict you gave the radios different ip's I hope and not
the same ip ?
Nothing else having that ip ?
No mac adress filtering in use , turn that off if you use it offers no
real security ?
No limit on how many wireless devices you can attach some routers have
