You could try to revert it to the Firmware before: Power the Radio down Hold the << button while you power it on again. This reinstalls the firmware that was running before the latest upgrade. If you only converted from UE to SB and didn’t upgrade after that conversion, that should do the trick.

Connect Radio to MySB.com, log into your MySB.com account, go to Players > Radio. There is a button to click to Upgrade to UE. No idea about Spotify on UE. toby10's Profile:
