Thanks for the info. I sold most of my bikes to fund my Hunqapillar
project and I have a new 9 speed chain left over that I had for my
Lemond Zurich. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt so narrow that it
would jam in between the cogs. Looks like it will work perfect.

I have Rain Legs, and think they're great. I'd like a good waterproof
jacket, or a re-proofing of my old one.

Your photos brought back many memories of rides with friends alongside the
missouri river growing up. i'd be lying to say I didn't miss it. It's funny
how distinct that river looks combined with the surrounding vegetation,
instantly recognizable for me.

Brief Riding update. They work like I expected: They feel just like
Grip Kings under my feet, but the width grip I had is now eliminated.

I'm a big guy (240) and my QB is just fine. Over the past year it's become
about the only bike I ride. It's a daily commuter, a weekend bike for long
rides (30-80 miles usually), the bike I use for century rides, and even
loaded down a couple times a year for weekend camping. The only thing it's a
maybe a double top tube version for the big guys? Personally for a
single speed I like lightweight tubing.
Of course after waiting for a year for one... I'd take either.
