They did not pull the fenders off. They are still on the bike. I pretty much hate the fenders. Every pebble, bit of gravel, grain of sand makes a very irritating noise. To date, the metal fenders on my 40 year old Raleigh Sports and the metal fenders on my Retrovelo are the only ones I have not
