That's a good and fair question, Deacon. Pain is a constant companion in my hands and knees, but it's worse on the bike, even after a fitting. The hip flexor pain is new, and I notice it when walking and on the bike, but nowhere else. The stem is a Soma Sutro quill stem with 100mm extension.
