Dansko sandals for every day (though I'm not sure they make a men's sandal). For sportier riding, I have a pair of Keen closed-toe sandals I bought about 7 years ago and haven't been able to part with, especially since the style was discontinued. They're leather, waterproof, and have that neato rubber bit over the toes to give them extra protection.
