It might be too small, but it could depend on what sort of standover you'd like. I'm a 90ish PBH, ride a 61 Atlantis with Little Big Bens, and have very little standover. If you're looking for more breathing room, you could probably make a 61cm work with a longer stem and a little more seatpost.
