Panaracer Pro Tite for me. Found most other tires (like Gravel Kings and
Rene Herse) good, but more aspirational about the riding I “could do”
versus what I “really do”. I’m burned out on tan walls right now, so black
wins for me.

Pelago makes great racks that can attach to eyelets or through the axle
(and then attach a Wald 139). The RBW rack is available through Blue Lug
(Japan) for appx $100 less than sourcing it here in the states. You will
pay a little bit for shipping, but it allows you to justify adding a bunch
This is the model with the mount for a rear dynamo light. Anyone know why
or when they were discontinued? Or if there's another option for a
saddlebag support with a light mount? Pic for reference[image:

This is the model withe the plate for mounting a rear light. Preferably
without the tombstone but I don't think I can be picky. Anyone know
when/why these were discontinued? or know of another good saddlebag support
that I can mount a wired rear light to?

These weren't announced as 'back in stock', but I just found them on the
website. I got one from the first batch and find it very useful. Belt loops
on the back to make it a very nice hip pack for carrying the core
essentials.

Google group is filled with anecdotes over the last 15 years attesting to
the robustness of his wheel builds. He built a 32-spoke Mavic Open Pro
wheel for me that I have been unable to knock out of true in over a decade
(and 1000s of miles of pavement).

On Friday,
Anyone have one they'd consider selling?
Thanks!

It was soo much easier to install a Mark's Rack.

Drew,
I faced the same dilemma a few years back. An Atlantis +
Rich-Lesnick-built 36-spoke rear wheel (and child carrier) were easily
rated for my 40-lb 5 y.o., (also w/ sensory issues) but I found the weight
that high up (on top o' 700c wheel) made the stability unsafe. Really
unsafe.
