I like the way you chose your favorite aspects of different Riv's as is it
really possible to just pick one? I don't think I can as I haven't ridden
them all. But if I were to pick a few from images I've seen here is my list.
1.
I think the heading says it all. I've been getting impatient with Acorn
waiting on them to finish a batch of Ranger tan stuff. So if anyone has one
they don't want anymore? I'm thinking a little worn will add character like
buying faded jeans with out all the effort.

Decided to do some exploring around my home. Road over to Big Tujunga
Canyon and rode up Oro Vista Rd a private drive with access to the Western
part of the Angeles National Forest.
I had wanted to to catch Conover Fire Rd but ended up on some steep single
track which finally connected to the

I road up out of Sunland, and dropped down into La Crescenta via Lowell to
Honolulu to Crescenta Valley Park where I met John, from there we rode
through Montrose up Verdugo and down Descanso Drive to

On the matter of stems I agree with David the VO threadless adapter is a
option, not as streamlined as a Nitto Quill stem
a custom for 700c wheels. So
we have original lugs and headbadge, but it's a custom with fancy Joe Bell

First can a bike with 27 wheels (630mm) be converted to 700c ( 622mm)
essentially 8mm difference smaller wheel diameter. What would be the best
Canti breaks to use? And can a 27 wheel be converted to a 650B? There is a
46mm difference between 27 to 650B which seems too large a jump
is more involved. It may be doable, but you'll need to
measure more things and relocate your canti bosses.

I recently put the force field fatty rumpkins on my Homer with sks longboard
fenders, they fit great and roll really well on pavement and amazingly great on
dirt. Of course no idea on the frozen stuff?
