Richard Sachs has for decades built his frames with chainstays longer than the
norm, and I don’t hear anybody complaining about the way the handle. The longer
stays on my Sachs make it more comfortable to ride, but they don’t make the

Some but not all Tig sounds like a good compromise. If the welds are clean the
lugs understated then it could look nice.
A $1500 complete Riv is still pricey but is a new market for RBW these days.

Tumblr seems like a bizarre platform for the blug. It's not very

Anybody want to help me decipher this?
The odd thing here is that the dropout shown is just a flat piece of steel
that’s stuck into the slot, and the neat thing is how it forms a nice raised
point. Raised points on dropouts are hard to create and really rare (we’ve
