In my case a 35-36mm tire is about all my Hillborne will take with fenders and for me I have to inflate those to around 75-80 psi in the back so a 700x40 (37-38mm) just has a little more volume and I can get away with 65-70 psiplus the Supreme is a light and speedy tire. I'm running Creme
