The longer chainstays will give you what you want. The AHH stays are

The Roadeo is lighter and faster steering than the Ram, and that is a
noticable difference to me. What may not be as appreciated is that the
design of the Roadeo is different from the Ram in that the top tube is
shorter (at least in my 53/54cm size, and I think for other sizes too).

Roadeo, has longer chainstays than the Elephant NFE. The NFE has 43.5cm
stays in all sizes. With its low trail geometry, every Riv is going to feel
quite a bit different, regardless of chainstay length.

I have an NFE and a Roscoe Road, which is not unlike the MIT Homer, I imagine.
