My SO had me put her fancy woman-specific gel saddle on her Betty Foy when
we got it. I had a B68S pre-aged ready to go and finally convinced her to

I think the San Marcos could be a good choice.
If you are going to fender then the Grand Bois Cypres at 32 (depending on rim)
are a nice tire. I doubt you could get a Hetre in there. But a Soma B-Lines
should fit no prob. And there are other wide-ish tire options out there.

could be pretty good on that size frame. I have a 52 Bombadil and with a 83

I always liked the arc bars. My '94 XO-4 came with and I kept them on for
16 years. Switched out recently to Albas as I wanted bar-ends instead of
thumb shifters.

I like the looks with the Promenade bar. If you want to go wider - but not as
wide as the 55 Bosco - the VO Left Bank bar is in the middle at 49cm wide.
Not sure why you can't use inverse levers on the Bosco. They take bar end
shifters so should take inverse levers no problem.
