Took a quick spin tonight: it works a dream, could be a tiny fraction thicker but as is it leaves a meaningful amount of extra lever movement range before it’s stopped by the limit screws at the derailer. It could move the derailer another 5mm plus for top or bottom gear (enough to shift off
