Though at work where I don't have access to any settings, I still can't get
onto the new site.

I had trouble on my iPhone till I deleted my old bookmark and shortcut.
Navigated to RBW site and established new bookmark. Problem was solved.

ARRGHH! The site displays fine on a brand new work iPhone but
not on my personal iPhone. I've deleted the history twice and restarted the
phone. I still get the 404 message but it's within the site so you can navigate
to the products but still...

Website is finally viewable on my phone, as of yesterday. Didn't do anything
special to make it so. Who knows why, but time seems to have rectified whatever
the issue was. Be patient, i guess.

Wow! What a total PITA! I've deleted cookies (at least I think) and I still get
a 404 not found message when I go to my link for the Riv website. I really love

If I could name one person who could explain "everything", I know they are
fibbing, well intentioned or not. So how anyone can claim to know how this

I was having problems and deduced: they were taking it down at @ 7pm each day
to monkey with it and your old account won't work.
I was feeling lucky and decided to try to request a new account. using the
same email, i created a new account and all my old account info was there!

I emailed Dave and asked him if he wanted me to create a new account. He
sent me a 'activate your account' message. I followed that and made a
password and all my purchase history was restored.

a password! Annoying! I just placed an order on the old site, so I know I am

and then re-starting browser and computer. (I use Chrome.) Then,
yesterday morning it suddenly started working on my laptop, without doing
anything new. My only best guess is that my *router's* history needed to
be cle
If you are using Firefox:
Tool > Option > Advanced > Network
Click Connection settings button and change proxy settings.
Default is "Use system proxy settings." Changing to "No proxy" worked for
me.
Please note that it may affect security.

I deleted the Riv site cookies and can access the site. However, more than
just my account password was deleted in the move. It appears my entire
account is gone. I tried to reset my password and my email address is no
longer recognized. Since I have these values stored in the LastPass
password
I just tried again using Firefox and still got the down message. If
someone would kindly send me their phone # I will call and talk to them
directly.

I am definitely not removing "all" cookies from my browser, that would
create a headache with every password protected site I have ever visited.
I did remove the Rivendell cookie and that had no affect on the result.
