Even if money is no object, Hilleberg tents are not necessarily a good choice. I'm looking for a lightweight big one-person tent for touring. If I bought a Hilleberg tent, I'd be paying an extra $200, but I'd also be paying an extra pound or pound and a half and an extra five minutes of time

The cheapest-roomiest-easiest-fastest to set up tent I've used---when you throw all those thing into a pot stir--is the Eureka Spitfire 2. It is HUGE and LIGHT (under 3.8 lbs, I think). A 6-5er can make tent angels in it. There's no vestibule, but tons of room for gear. It has mesh for
