Hi Eric. I snapped that first photo right after I snapped the pedal spindle
on my old Raleigh 3-speed. Luckily, with my young son aboard, I wasn't
doing anything foolish or extreme, no harm done, and I was able to pedal

go on my Sam. Currently I'm running Noodles on a 90mm tallux stem at saddle
height and I'm a bit stretched out in this configuration.

I used a netti pot but after discovering nose breathing and homeopathics, never
needed it again. Previously, I had much of the same chronic issues, which I
thought were alergies, colds, etc. Turns out mostly overbreathing.

My wife took me to a Cajun restaurant for lunch today and there was small
LBS next door so I ventured in and found a real rarityan LBS guy
