Boy, was that nice to read- I didn't totally follow the posts that led up
to it, but I sure do appreciate the sentiment and the articulation. Also,
as someone mentioned, I appreciate the work that Jim does so that I can

Hi all,
I've tried a few different ways of carrying stuff on my bike, and am now
ready to pass along what didn't work for me- all the bags are used, most I
bought second hand, and I'm not real good at setting prices, I want to
pass them along (and scrape together enough to buy Joe's panniers),
I came across these bikes on the Philadelphia Craigslist- thought they
might be of interest to somebody-Rivendell Cheviot 60cm - $1450 (Normandy
(NE Philadelphia))Rivendell Bleriot 650b Dynamo hub 59cm ctt - $1150
(Huntingdon
Valley)

I have one Nitto saddlebag grip and two bikes I'd like to use it with- one
has a brooks saddle, so I've been just using the saddle loops without the
grip, but it would be nice to be able to use the grip with both bikes. I
sent an email to Riv, but they don't have just the seat attachment. Any
