So Caleb asked what the ZekeTurret was for. Besides a very cool toy for my
grand kids, It's also demonstrator for my ZekeServo concept. The ZekeServo
is basically a very strong worm gear mechanism built into the form of a
large scale heavy duty r/c servo. The intent is to offer a larger,
Besides the cool factor, there are a couple practical elements to the
curves. Since this is being designed for lasercut ply, the curves define
the shape using the shortest possible line (laser cutting is priced by cut
length). The curves also make it easier to finish the edges off. The

Does it turn left and right / up and down by power of hand ?
if so why does it have what appears to be a battery holder on the side ?
