this is an Anglocentric usage and as such should be a
candidate for rewording, if RDA indeed aspires to be an international
cataloging code. I would strongly support a rewording of the rule along the
lines she suggests.

The one form that is not admissible under RDA is

since in this case the name chosen contains a surname, in which case
"Siostra" should *not* be treated as an integral part of the name.
