Hi Dana Yes in the last year I bought a new refrigerator ( kitchen aid) And didn’t buy a LG due to really bad reviews, class action lawsuit on compressor problems etc. Too bad as there other stuff is really well made. I would only recommend a refrigerator that you can get repaired locally

Consumer reports has a review of refrigerators this month. They focus on energy rating, quality, & lifespan. Our last ref {LG} only lasted 8 years pretty sad for $2K in todays technology. Dana Orzel

Blomberg appliances offer full size AC fridges using 1.2A for the smaller unit to 1.9A full size. Both have freezers. LED interior lightning and use R600 which is alcohol. My clients LOVE these units and my batteries based systems do too!
