Gregg,
You're in luck! Motorola still stocks M1131, M1132, and M1133 power
transistors- which are also used in MICOR PAs. Here's the info:
M1131 is Motorola Part 4884411L31, $ 24.11 each
M1132 is Motorola Part 4884411L32, $ 30.41 each
M1133 is Motorola Part 4884411L33, $ 41.23 each
M1134 is Mot
The TLD2600 series continuous duty amplifier is nearly identical
to the Micor. You might be able to scrounge some from an old
amp.
The intermittant duty amp is different and even uses NPN
power transistors!

The MSR 2000 series transistors are no longer made or supported. They have
been un-available for 5 or more years that I know of..

I have searched the RB home page and also the web for tuning help but am not
coming up with what I need. I am trying to make a 4 can bandpass duplexer
out of a couple of Waycom WP-436's (Double Can packages). I have a Tracking
generator and am trying to come up with images of what it should look l
You're right, this probably isn't the right venue, but it is something that
