HI Eric. I wonder if you have checked out:

I sent Eric Lemmon this manual and he scanned and posted it. The hand drawn
diagram on the last page was for a duplexer delivered to operate around 170 mHz
and might be useful for
HVN9173 is the package's identification. The actual program within goes by the
name RADMBL.EXE and it should do that radio. You probably can't buy it from
Motorola any more, so you'll have to acquire it off the web.

Collin,
A guy local to me (WD9HSY) sells them - rated at 200W - on a certain auction
site. Normal cost is about $59.00. If you do a search for dummy load it
will pop up for you. Although not costing an arm and a leg these might
qualify for a finger or two... ;-)

Basic RF. The only way around it is some of the more exotic digital

Thanks for the reply. Good thought about the DCS and DPL modulation
and direct FM. I have a couple of the Delta Crystal units but tired
of buying crystals. Since the Phoenix does dpl I may get lucky
there.

Can anyone tell me how to get this oscilloscope out of the case?
When I unplugged it from one outlet and plugged it into another, it
apparently became shorted someplace beyond the fuse. The fuse blew, and
a replacement blew. I suspect a short in the power supply, and I would

Usually you remove the back panel, i.e. the rubber feet and cover on the back
end of the unit. There may be additional screws under that, holding the outer
cover to the chassis. They'd probably be near the corners. Then the outer skin
should slide backwards, leaving you with the guts coming out

What do you consider a reasonable price?
And what features are you specifically looking for them to have?
BTW, what is a 'trigger base'? A control station?

Hello all,
I have a bunch of UHF crystals on 449.225 and 444.225 both TX and RX
on each frequency. This was part of a Hub linking system that got too
big and had to move to another frequency.
Some are in the GE Exec II elements and some are just the crystals.
Can also be used for GE Mastr II
If your radios are portables with tone receive normally enabled, then
no, different user groups won't be able to initiate conversations
between themselves. Once a user(s) is aware that another group is
trying to talk to him, he/they can open his receiver. Then they can
talk normally. But the
