Has anyone got any data, or access to the electroplating properties
concerned with silvering the internals of copper duplexer.
I have just purchased the bible but sad to say there is very little effort
put into what is needed/required in the process of electroplating
with silver.

are you trying to plate these parts yourself? cause if so, well, you might as
well forget it. take it somewhere and have it done. the reason being is that it

Looking for schematic, etc for a TLN5745A Multi-PL decoder. This appears
to be different than the 4-user card used in community repeaters.
Google did not help...

Anyone got the spec sheet on this unit?? I am trying to find the
original RFS sheet on this (which seems pretty near impossible since EMR
acquired the rights to it).
Also, does anyone have the actual RFS part number?
Thanks!

James,
The Motorola part number 0185417U02 is a Celwave model PD5042-1-50 duplexer

I was just thinking about this, if the output on pin 1 is an open
collector output you will not see a state change without a pull-up
voltage. You may need to put a pull-up resistor to 12VDC to see the change.

Have you removed/by-passed the built-in no-longer-optional TNC?
If not, the DB-9 goes to that instead of to the rig.
I haven't done one, but supposedly you just open her up, and remove the
