It appears to work too. I have to be honest it is very hard to see it at the
bottom of the messages. Maybe that could help it some to find it.

Hi Guys,
I started a few years back working on a DTMF Keypad locally to program the
controllers. I needed to buffer the audio to make it work, but never
finished it. Maybe someday I will. There used to be a company the sold a
Keypad setup for the CAT Controllers.

The ones I used were from TSC and cost about $1.29Lb. They are standard 1/2
x 20 nuts because you really don't need JAM nuts.

CAT Controllers
While I can not speak for the any of the CAT controllers other than the
CAT-1000 I must tell you that that the CAT-1000 is the Cadillac of
controllers. While it has its faults (few) it has far more features and
pluses!
It is true that programming it by radio (DTMF) is slow and if

I have a CAT-1000 controller and using the
DVR I am able to have had different WAV files recorded into it. Works great. I
once had the Nextel beep. beep to see how it sounded. It was ok to play with,
but got on your nerves in a few minutes so I changed it. There are a lot of
I was able to purchase one at 8:45pm or 15 minutes before the store closed.
Not a bad little scanner especially for the price. Great value.
