Are these Band pass, Band Reject? or Pass only? Changing the cables will help alot since you are 20 MHz off. You would have an easier time if your cans were in the 150-155 MHz range. But a good way to be sure is to just test one cavity by its self and see if you can make spec at your

I'm planning basicly the same thing only on UHF. But the mountain is 7200' and valley is 3000 feet. I decided on using 4 Bay folded dipole array. Offset off the tower for the 9 dB lobe pattern. This will still give a thick enough pancake and the antenna looks like it will survive the

You still have the problem of VoIP not passing audio above 5 kHz Instead of taking a S-Meter reading you need to convert the amount of high frequency noise to a PL tone. Basicly build a SuperSquelch-IIIB and use a 9400 voltage to frequency converter on the "S-Meter" pin. Remember this is

Find a telephone company storage yard and steal it. Or if you are not that adventurous, or just plain out of shape... You can get CAT-5 Shielded Twisted pair. But you will need to splice it your self, And I think the longest you can get it is 1000 feet. And look to spend $80 to $150 per box

My thoughts They may be incorrect, If a duplexer was constructed so that the Inner conductor to outer conductor ratio was constant the length to the tunning rod, you wouldnt have the swr dips. Sure the main part is the proper ratio, but none of the designs take into account the evil
