This is an antenna made by Maxrad, it might be a
MBX 150 which will be VHF, they also make a UHF
version. They are all frequency adjustable.

So it will either be a MaxRad or a Ringo. Its
incredibly light, and it looks very much like a
light saber, which is what I am almost inclined to

My PD catalog just lists a PD-220, no other designator. Says bandwidth is 9
MHz and true
omnidirectional gain in excess of 5 dB. They are supplied in three frequency
ranges across
136 - 174 MHz. To verify the frequency range you will have to sweep it.
