it clearly specify it's BTS (and we do connect with it via HTTP
downloading HTML webpages), and I believed the bug report was about
MTA connection failure.

When I try to open Reportbug using the menu (kickoff), nothing happens and
reportbug doesn't start. It
works only in text mode (in the terminal).
please install python-gtk2 and python-vte packages and try again: it should work

. Sadly I don't have that time to debug it, but I
suppose that using --mua (instead of --mua mua) access teh MUA
dict and returns the value instead of keep it as the key (to later
address MUA dict).
