Back some time ago I submitted a patch that I was sure that fixed this
problem. Today I finally got around to upgrading to the latest
version and apparently that patch wasn't accepted or somehow got
reintroduced. Can anybody take a look? It's the only patch I would
have submitted.

I tried to get LDAP authentication working. Now reviewboard won't
authenticate using my other admin account (it could be that my admin
account name clashes with an account in LDAP, thus preventing the
login).
In any case, I'd like tell ReviewBoard to NOT do LDAP authentication
