Sorry Lynn, I haven't checked the posting here in a while. I did have
it working, but not what I would call well. The Vault CLI is
extremely slow when it needs to login to the Vault server, and it does
this once for each file in the review. I wanted to create a method of
logging into the Vault
I found the problem. Httpd-vhosts.conf had old entries for ReviewBoard
vhosts. I had run rb-site twice once with location as “/reviews/” and
second time with just “/”. I had not corrected this in the httpd-
vhosts.conf.
After correcting the entry, it showed me the site.

Interesting:

supported source code repository.
It is running "svn", even though technically the "c:\svns\reviewboard"
directory is a git enlistm
You can run post-review with the -d option to see what it is trying to
do. I suspect the git get_repository_info() check is failing. It will
start by running:
$ git rev-parse --git-dir
and then a few more commands, which will all be listed with the -d
option. Once you see where it fails, you can
