I’ve seen that error happen when the source file has mixed line endings (e.g. a
mix of Windows, Macintosh, and/or Unix line endings in the same file). You can
review the diff in /tmp/… and inspect the output for any errors.

able to change the owner of those review reviews to a current user to finish
them. The dashboard counts may need to be reset afterwards.
Also FYI 2.5.2 is ancient and I hope that you consider upgrading.
