Testing Needed: RBTools 1.0.2 in EPEL 7

It took a little longer than usual to get RBTools 1.0.2 out in EPEL 7 and Fedora this time around because I was paving the way to finally get RBTools running on Python 3 in EPEL 7. As a result, this time around I need to request more testing from people to make sure that there are no major issues
