We have some aggregation SVN repositories that use svn:externals to pull in
projects so they can be built together. When submitting a diff for these
repositories, the properties are never included in ReviewBoard. If the diff
is 100% property changes then ReviewBoard rejects it. We're using RB
EPEL only has 0.7.2 for RH7. Is RH6 not supported for 0.7.2?
