e-mails not going from reviewboard

Hi, I am using reviewboard 1.6.13 installed in Ubuntu. I've given smtp server details and credentials in email settings. But when creating new review requests, emails are not sending. Getting an exception 'SMTPException: No suitable authentication method found.' Please find the attached log.

Syntax highlighting: unrecognized file types

Syntax highlighting would be very useful for our team, but our source code uses file extensions that aren't recognized by the diff syntax highlighter for the language we are using. Is this something I can easily fix? Thanks in advance for any help -- Want to help the Review Board project? Dona

LDAP issue
