This isn't something that I feel there should be an option for. It's one of
those things that I believe only 1% of users will ever care about. Adding
more settings makes it more difficult for us to maintain, test and support
Review Board.

I see in Djblets, datagrid.py， There is a self.paginate_by = 50
statement defined that each page has 50 ReviewReqeust recodes in the
Dashboard. I think this value should be dynamically settable by users
instead of hard-coding on Djblets.
