and add those changes and all good

Review Board documentation which describes how to configure SELinux sanely.

Lucky me that I found this thread. I can confirm that by disabling selinux 
on Centos 7 this issue is gone :-). You can take find out how to disable 
selinux

Hey I had this same issue and got it to work after disabling selinux. Not 
sure that this is the best solution but the only one I could find since 
running all of the chown lines did not fix this for me.

That page includes instructions for how to fix it. You may need to restart
apache after running those commands.

Are there any new suggestions on how to fix this issue?  I only have the 
extensions media part.  I have tried the chown cmd from the page, disabled 
selinux, and restarted the server a bunch of times throughout the process. 
 My apache logs show no issues, just that it is starting up

 instructions above, since it should be telling you exactly what you need
 to do for ReviewBoard to start working. (You will also need to restart

I have followed the 'chown' instruction and restart, but it still can't 
work and show the same problem

not, then something weird happened with your rb-site install.

If it does exist, and SELinux is enabled, that may be the cause.
