The log is already generated when he uploads the file, so what I have been
doing, is going into LogEdit and adding them manually.
So I'm looking to automate it now.

So I backed up and stared fresh. But here's something I'm running into...
When I go into rdalsaconfig as sudo, I add the cards and save, it tells me
Home directory not accessable: Permission denied
It then just saves a header and footer to my /etc/asound.conf

Well I decided to try and use the Appliance DVD and installed it on a
machine and everything worked fine.
Then I updated and upgraded to Rivendell 2.19.x and now when I attempt to
go into rdadmin it says it can't start the daemons.
But I am seeing ripcd and rdcatchd, both running.

carts and the group associated with those carts.
With the new cart numbers and even a restart of the system, it's still not
seeing the group. What have I missed? Anything?

Created a new user with webget access and password and it worked. Would
have figured that admin would work off the bat, but this will work for
