I'm trying to make a modification to the EditCustomFields element so that I
can control which fields are displayed by a url parameter, e.g:
When I do: Modify.html?id=1024fieldDef=5
Then I want to see only customfield 5 in the modify page.

several users have home pages that take minutes to load. I suspect this
is because they use custom fields in their searches, and custom fields
might not be indexed. Am I correct? If so, how do I add indexes for

Didn't the calendar link used to be an icon instead of the word Calendar?
Anyone know why it was changed? Since there's no decoration on the link,
it's not as obviously clickable as the image. I'd also like to get the image
back...

I have been trying without success to use ExtractCustomFields so that I can

repeat each time the user creates a ticket as that is bad form (from what I
was told when I started working with RT). I have it installed
I have a quick question regarding shrink_cgm_table.pl
The 'extra' records it deletes, will the system now take these into
account in 3.8.x in regards to deletes/etc? Basically does
shrink_cgm_table.pl only have to be ran once since RT will now take care
of the extra?
