[rt-users] Mods to EditCustomFields Element

2008-08-11 Thread rt
Hi all, I'm trying to make a modification to the EditCustomFields element so that I can control which fields are displayed by a url parameter, e.g: When I do: Modify.html?id=1024fieldDef=5 Then I want to see only customfield 5 in the modify page. I looked at this: table % } % $i++; tr

[rt-users] RFC: Splitting the signature off from the main text in replies/comment?

2008-08-11 Thread Richard Hartmann
Hi all, Basically, I am proposing to create a second text area/a simple selection button that allows you to control when your signature and/or the company's signature is attached. Some reasons for this, certainly not including everything: *) Signatures on comments are useless and just take up

[rt-users] CustomFields indexed?

2008-08-11 Thread Jean-Sebastien Morisset
Hi everyone, I'm running RT 3.6.6 with Postgres. We use a lot of CustomFields, and several users have home pages that take minutes to load. I suspect this is because they use custom fields in their searches, and custom fields might not be indexed. Am I correct? If so, how do I add indexes for

[rt-users] Calendar link

2008-08-11 Thread Jerrad Pierce
Didn't the calendar link used to be an icon instead of the word Calendar? Anyone know why it was changed? Since there's no decoration on the link, it's not as obviously clickable as the image. I'd also like to get the image back... -- Cambridge Energy Alliance: Save money the planet

So actually, it was a database problem. I failed to clear my browser cache when testing. I finally solved the issue. If I didn't import the table Attributes, the RT at a glance page would work. However even if I had imported and then dropped the attributes table, the RT at a glance page would
