list.

I created a User CF named group and all users (non-privileged) are
assigned a specific value of this CF. Is there a way to search for all
tickets where the requestor has a specific value in this CF?
It sounds like a

Hi all,
in out RT installation, the software shows wrong dates both in the web
interface and in the logs.
Our configured timezone is Europe/Rome (CEST), while RT shows GMT.
My system is a RHEL 5.6 with RT 3.8.9 installed (all perl modules from
CPAN); mod_perl version is 2.0.4 from EPEL
I've tried
As a test I have also just updated RT to use the latest CKEditor version 3.5.2
as it has fixes for IE9 and several other browser updates. Also works
flawlessly.

RT will always log GMT in the logs and in the database.

I installed 4.0.0rc7 for testing. Our production version is 3.8.4.
The 3.8.4 install has Set($WebExternalAuth , 1); in the
RT_SiteConfig.pm and Apache2::AuthCAS set up in the Apache config.
This works in 3.8.4, but when I set it up for 4.0.0rc7 and tried to
login I was redirected to our CAS
