After changing to the most recent script, and resetting the Mason Cache this
is now working perfectly.

I notice that, when I click on new or open tickets of one queue which
contains accents, the tickets don't appear in the research. For the others
queues, without accent, it works.
In edit search, the accent appears like xE9.
