I'm getting lost in a sea of perl..
I have a Custom Field for tickets, called Department. This contains
Sales, Dev, etc.
I'm trying to set up a scrip that will look at the requestor's email
address for an incoming ticket (is email address in: 'al...@company.com,
Having spent a harrowing time recovering my RT install from the willful
vagaries of CentOS's yum updates* I'd now like to never have to do that again.
To this end, can anyone suggest which packages I should not allow to be updated
through yum/rpm , or packages that I should only update through

Wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction. I'm using RT 3.8.6. I'd
like to move tickets to a new queue if the 'updated' date is older than 3 days.
The intention is to stop tickets getting lost languishing untouched.
Can RT do this?

If you wouldn't mind, could you share the scrip that you used to accomplish
this? I'm just setting up a small RT installation those metrics seem like
they would be great to start recording.
