it would be possible, then the problem would be solved because then I may set a
status check condition in the correspond scrip.

that the batch doesnt contains a status change. Unfortunately
it doesnt work. With the TransactionBatch stage an email is sent out
already when the RT user hits the Reply button. Does anyone know how to get
around this?

to solve the
problem would be to make sure that the Update.html page doesnt send any
emails to the requestors and then use an OnResolveTemplate as Torsten purposed.
Im not sure whats best.
