Ok, I admit: I'm lost!
Since I've installed RT on my Debian lenny, it is running perfectly, OK.
But, I really can't create a ticket via e-mail message. The more I edit
the necessary files for it, the more I am lost!
My scenario is:
Mail server: Debian 4.0 etch - running Courier-MTA
RT server:
