Well now. What a total waste of 4 hours so far :( It's
a shame this is what web app deployment is in 2012 still.
I remember this same old sort of crap from a decade ago.
If anyone has any ideas, please share.

the "Show Results" link, which is very long and unwieldy. It would be
much more convenient if I could link to a saved search by name or ID.

So, if I build my own separate Perl for RT 4.0.5,
how do I make Red Hat's mod_perl 2 use *that* Perl?
Seems like a very dark and long rabbit hole...

Hey Jeff
You are not allowed to Take a ticket that is owned by someone, you have
to steal it, which is in the Actions tab and is a different right.

When using "make fixdeps", CPAN appears to hang on ExtUtil::MakeMaker.
I know very little about CPAN and installing these things by hand.
I've seen some advise on the web about disabling a line of code and
then the compile works, but I don't know where to find the source code
to modify. Nor do I

If a ticket is owned already, I cannot re-assign it unless
I set the owner to Nobody, then assign it.
Is this normal behavior?

Hi,
I am trying to install RT 4.0.5 on FC 12, when I "make fixdeps", I am getting:

'/usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL' returned status 512, won't make
Running make test

Yes. Here is the bit we added to local/lib/RT/I

Hello,
I have a question for anyone experienced with using gpg with gpg agent.
My situation is as follows:
- I have configured the RT and GPG according to this manual:
http://wiki.rediris.es/rtirwg/Public_GPGConfig
- The RT is able to verify signatures on incoming mail and is able to
sign mails

post a link.

Hi,
This address is "Return-Path", controlled with -f argument of your

this, read about OverrideOutgoingMailFrom, SetOutgoingMailFrom and

Depends on how 3.8.10 is installed. If instance is separated from perl
@INC then it's easier.
