Hi, we run into broken attachments from time to time, broken in a sense that they can't be viewed, RT will return a 401 error. When we forward them, the attachments are okay for both Thunderbird and Outlook users. What's so strange about this is that it only happens from time to time. Did

hi, it's not for the first time we encounter a mail loop caused by an erroneous configuration of a user, and we receive hundreds of auto replies. rt does not recognize them as mail loop, thus we can only break it by blocking the sender's mail address. is there any other way to interrupt such
