If i save a 160 KB Excel file (Excel 2000 and XP) on a Windows 2000 Client,

The solution was the WindowsXP Pro 2002 machines that were not working did
not have Service Pack 2 installed. Once SP2 was installed the two remaining
machines worked fine.
