The EDI Systems Analyst possesses a general understanding of the
technologies and applications supporting to business. They research complex
data, process and integration issues, document break-fix specifications and
participate in delivery of comprehensive solutions. The Systems Analyst is
also responsible for level 2 support of internal and customer-facing
enterprise applications including: installation, administration,
maintenance, software configuration management and operational activities
for production systems. The EDI Systems Analyst develops a thorough
understanding of the business use of these applications and the operational
processes supported by the applications.

Candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and at all times be
able to interact with others professionally in a variety of situations. The
role requires collaboration with technical and business experts in the
course of researching and resolving issues.

The Systems Analyst creates documentation to describe application design,
logic, coding, support processes and break fixes. Documentation must be
understandable to both the business user and the technical implementer.

accomplish goals. They must be self directed in using their experience,

*Qualifications *

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline (or
