Hi Jean-François
I would like to know if it could be possible to use 2 differents icecast

My goal is to push the same stream (same codec, bitrate, …) to 2 icecast

Hi Romain
I have one question: are the trouble your experience cause by the

Yes the trouble only appears with the live http source used. When I use
physical files based on a m3u playlist everything works fine with the

Dear List
recently, I've been testing with some harbor.input features of liquidsoap.
here's what i want to do:
use a http-input as a primary source (icecast mount with a 128kbps stereo
feed) and switch to a live-source with input.harbor (aac+ stereo feed with

Hi Bernd,
the problem with your script is the mksafe operator that makes the
source 'available' for the outputs at all times, even when there is an
error on it. This is not a bug, it's a great feature that shall make the
transcoded mountpoints available even when something is wrong on the
source.
and it works.

Hi,
I am trying to compile two sources of files to ONE output stream in stereo
with one source on the LEFT channel and the other one on the RIGHT channel.
I think this should be doable with LS, but I might need one or two hints.
Anyone have a tipp?
Thanks!

Salut Romain,
Thanks for the feedback. I have been able to reproduce your issue.
It is most likely due to some problem in the way we build the win32
binary. I will get this fixed before posting a new win32 snapshot.
Thanks very much! Any idea when the next build will be available?

Finally, a windows binary will also be uploaded but this may require more

Just a hint: Can't you set multiple tags to be read from the id3v2 with:
set(encoder.encoder.export,[artist,title,album,genre,date
[file.duration] ^ ))
end
radio = on_metadata(send_meta, radio)
Unfortunately, this doesn’t work. The field ‘duration’ is just blank
Any hints?

Creating a blank source which relays another source immediately when

operator. For instance, if s if a source that will be available

Salut Romain
You don't need fallible=true here. Since you are wrapping the source in
mksafe, it will always be available.
Right. Thanks for that clarification!
For instance, if you want a source to which you'd push a file from time
to time, you can do:
s = request.queue(id=spare_source)
